The Retrosynthesis AI Platform

Welcome! The global Retrosynthesis AI Platform was developed by Margaret Liñán (platform maintainer and biocurator) and is hosted by Algolia and Netlify. The Retrosynthesis AI Platform is meant to inspire and support the discovery of drug candidates for repurposing and combination therapies. It does so by integrating several bioinformatics and chemoinformatics resources into a single Algolia index and Netlify web app platform.

Good to know: Global health challenges that include personal struggles with chronic diseases, expensive medications and surviving the COVID19 crisis, serve as motivation for the creation of new and unique solutions for biomedical researchers as well as those in low resource settings.

The Open-Source Platform relies upon freely available bioinformatics and chemoinformatics resources such those listed in the figure below.
