The Explore app utilizes the Streamlit.io Platform to provide users with the ability to explore molecular visualizations (credit: Mitchell Parker, Avratanu Biswas and José Manuel Nápoles Duarte) and to highlight global research trends. The regional focus will change every month. In August 2022, the regional focus will be Europe.

The molecular visualization panels ingest the Structure Identifier and PDB files from the Protein Data Bank.
